Therefore we are asking for those with an artistic flair to enter our contest. Submissions will be judged fairly and equally by the whole Membership of the Athens 2004 Volunteer Commission (Western Canada). Due to us being a non-profit organization, submissions cannot be financially rewarded. The winner(s) and runner-ups though will be recognized on our website, and the winning submission will receive a gift from the Commission.

What should the new emblem contain?
The Artist can have all the artistic freedom he or she wants, but there are some elements that we would like the new emblem to contain. This is because the Athens 2004 Volunteer Commission (Western Canada) has its own identity too that we would not want to see missing in the symbol that will represent us.
